First of all

Thanks for being here. It’s a sign that you liked my work and I’m happy about it.

If you are interested in commissioning me, please note:

  • You must be at least 18 years old;
  • My deadlines consider business days only;
  • You must know if I can give you what you want. That’s why I ask you to take a good look at my works published here and on my social networks, as well as to know what I can and cannot do, as follows:

What I can do

✔️ Humans
✔️ Animals
✔️ Any anthro specie
✔️ Ferals
✔️ Mythological creatures (dragons, chimeras, angels, demons, ogres, witches, centaurs, ephinxes, etc.)
✔️ Machines
✔️ Robots
✔️ Isometrical art
✔️ Pixel art
✔️ Soft NSFW

What I can’t do

❌ NFT
❌ Hypersexualized female body
❌ Feral NSFW
❌ Gore
❌ Any non-consensual situation
❌ Abuse of vulnerable
❌ Hate Speech
❌ Characters or elements that are under copyright

I reserve the right to deny any other topic that I deem inappropriate.

Application

The application must be made by filling out the form. I will answer you as soon as possible by email asking for confirmation of your commission. If I don’t get a response within 5 days, I will delete you from the queue.

I urge you to apply only if you are really interested. Do not use the form as a way to obtain information or just to obtain a quote, because all the information regarding my work, such as the queue of clients, prices, deadlines, my potential as an artist are public, you can check everything in the links provided on this site or by visiting my profiles on social networks.

If you’re really interested but for some reason you haven’t been able to confirm the commission within the 5 day period, I’ll add $5 when passing the artwork quote as a form of compensation.

Payment

Full payment must be made after approval of the sketch by the client, whose budget is based on the prices already established here. I accept payment via PayPal only.

We can discuss a payment plan only for amounts above US$200 USD.

Concept Art

To create your art I need you to provide me with as much information as possible about what will be portrayed, such as references (photos or drawings), descriptions of the character or background, what pose the character should have, etc. Ideally, you should have a reference sheet of your character. If you want me to create your character, there will be an extra cost.

I can do 5 sketches following your guidelines (or not, if you prefer that I think about how the drawing should look). If you don’t like any, I probably can’t deliver what you’re looking for and I suggest looking for another artist.

After approval of the sketch and confirmation of payment, I will start the final art and you will participate in this whole process. I’ll show you the main steps and you can suggest changes in each one of them, as long as they don’t stray too far from what was established in the approved sketch. I will also consult you in decisive details. Communication will be essential in this process, so it is important to establish in advance the best way to communicate. Discord (Igneo#7283), Twitter and Messenger are the means I usually use because they allow me to send images easily.

About the artwork

  • It is strictly prohibited to use my artwork for “AI” learning purposes or to create NFTs.
  • I have complete autonomy to promote my work, and that includes commissioned artwork. Therefore, it is expected that the commissioned arts will be published on my social profiles as soon as they are finalized. However, if the customer wants a deadline for the art he/she ordered not to be disclosed, just let me know. The deadline is 1 month of secrecy, after the end of that time, I will disclose the commissioned artwork without prior notice.
  • Once the customer receives the final artwork, he can freely use it for personal use, in any way he sees fit.
  • The client cannot drastically alter the artwork without prior permission.
  • The artwork is not allowed to be commercially exploited. If this is your intention, please contact us to discuss this possibility.
  • The customer will receive your artwork in high resolution (300 dpi) and a watermarked web version (72 dpi) in PNG format. Talk to me if you need a specific resolution or other format. The watermark must be maintained if the art is presented publicly (internet, events, meetings, etc).

Revisions

After delivering the final art to the client, it may come with some flaw, such as the absence of a projected shadow, some unpainted detail, something that should not be there, etc. That is why it is important for the client to carefully observe the art as soon as it receives its final version in high resolution and ask for corrections if necessary or request retouching and minor changes (such as a darker or lighter background, a color change, the application of some filter, etc.).

Due to the possibility of having to make some changes to the final art, the client has a period of up to 3 months to request corrections or changes that he deems necessary. The customer can make up to 3 requests free of charge and as long as they do not exceed the agreed budget (for example, if the customer wants to include a new element, such as a sword, clothing, glasses, or wings, this will be charged according to its complexity).

Refunds and cancellations

If you want to cancel the commission, I’ll keep the money corresponding to the work already done and the rest I’ll give you back.

Cancellation requests should only be handled privately via my email.

No refund of completed commissions.
